For more than 25 years, Juliette has worked worldwide within beauty, fashion and editorial. From international campaigns and shows to training the next generation of creatives.
Throughout her career she saw the same challenge again and again: students learned techniques, but did not understand why they worked.
That is why she developed the JDO Method.
A method based on years of hands-on experience, international projects and her vision of modern craftsmanship. A method that teaches you to see, analyse, understand and create from insight rather than memorised steps.
Today, Juliette supports creatives worldwide in building a career with their own signature style, craftsmanship and individuality within bridal, beauty, fashion, editorial and commercial work.
Over the course of her career, Juliette won more than 35 national and international awards and worked for brands, magazines, shows and productions all over the world.
This combination of hands-on experience, education and international recognition forms the foundation of the JDO Method.

Whichever learning path you choose, you follow the same professional Make-up Artist Class with the JDO Method as its foundation. Your learning experience differs per path, but you work from the same methodology towards professional development and certification.

Learn the techniques, principles and way of seeing that form the basis of the complete Make-up Artist Class.
Work on assignments and practice, join the live Academy Sessions and develop yourself with personal feedback and guidance.
Apply your knowledge, develop your work and work towards your exam and JDO certificate. Photoshoots and live practical experience differ per chosen learning path.
After your course you stay connected to the JDO network and can keep developing through community, masterclasses, events and other JDO programmes.

Online Guided is followed entirely online, from anywhere in the world. Hybrid combines online learning with live training days in Amsterdam, and Immersion combines online guidance with a multi-day live Immersion Experience.
